Abstract

The Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) in July 2020 is based on the calculation of NTP with the base year 2018 (2018 = 100). This NTP calculation covers 5 sub-sectors, namely the sub-sector of rice & crops, horticulture, smallholder plantation crops, livestock and fisheries.
  • In July, the NTP of East Nusa Tenggara was 96.16 with the NTP of each sub-sector recorded at 95.29 for the sub-sector of rice-secondary crops (NTP-P); 100.07 for the horticulture subsector (NTP-H); 94.17 for the smallholder plantation crop subsector (NTP-TPR); 103.10 for the livestock sub-sector (NTP-Pt) and 95.61 for the fisheries sub-sector (NTP-Pi).
  • There was a decrease of 0.03 percent for July NTP when compared to June NTP. This decrease was caused by a decrease in the price index received and the price index paid by farmers.
