National Labor Force Survey August 2020 Briefing

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is designed to determine labor conditions in an area. In August 2020 a Sakernas was implemented which could be used to estimate labor conditions at the district level.

Adjusting to the “new normal” conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, Sakernas August 2020 experienced changes in both questionnaires and business processes. Business process adjustments include the officer briefing stage which is held in compliance with health protocols, namely checking body temperature, wearing a mask, maintaining a minimum distance of one meter, and washing hands regularly..

Statistic of Flores Timur Regency held a Sakernas officer briefing in August 2020 on 24 and 27 July 2020, not forgetting to also pay attention to health protocols established by the government. Field enumeration activities will be carried out on 8-18 August 2020. The implementation of the Sakernas field for August 2020 must also pay attention to the applicable health protocol.
